Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly competent Project Manager – Architecture, Interiors & FF & E(Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) to lead premium interior and carved luxury furniture projects for international markets, including Europe, UK, USA, and UAE.

The ideal candidate must possess strong project ownership capabilities, global client exposure, excellent communication skills, and hands-on expertise in 2D and 3D carved furniture design. This role requires full-time on-site presence in Dehradun and the ability to manage international stakeholders independently.

Key Responsibilities

1. International Project Management

• Lead end-to-end execution of interior and luxury furniture projects for global clients.
• Conduct client presentations, design discussions, and periodic review meetings.
• Ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines, quality benchmarks, and commercial parameters.
• Manage multiple international projects simultaneously with full accountability.

2. Interior & Furniture Design Execution

• Develop and review detailed 2D drawings and 3D models, specifically for carved furniture designs.
• Create high-quality visual presentations and AI-assisted 3D modelling concepts.
• Ensure technical feasibility in coordination with engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Align design output with international standards and global aesthetic expectations.

3. Team & Production Coordination

• Supervise designers, draftsmen, vendors, and production teams.
• Maintain structured documentation, project schedules, and progress reports.
• Identify and resolve design, coordination, or manufacturing challenges proactively.
• Ensure seamless integration between design intent and production execution.

4. Cross-Border Collaboration & Travel

• Communicate effectively with international stakeholders across time zones.
• Participate in short-term Europe business tours for client meetings and project coordination, as required.

Mandatory Requirements                                              

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Design/Architecture/Product Designing.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in interior and furniture projects.
• Proven experience working with international clients (Europe/US/UK/UAE preferred).
• Strong hands-on capability in creating 2D and 3D carved furniture designs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and AI-based modelling tools.
• Strong project management and leadership abilities.
• Must be willing to work from Dehradun location (on-site role).
• Candidates with employment history reflecting less than 2–3 years of stability in organizations will not be considered.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory or strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of project planning, cost estimation, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management methodologies aligned with PMP standards.

Preferred Criteria

• Experience in luxury or high-end interior/Architecture/Furniture projects.
• Understanding of Western and Middle Eastern design aesthetics.
• Knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes.
• Valid passport (will be considered an advantage).
• Female candidates are preferred for this role.
