About the Role SaxeCap is hiring an AI-native Project Manager / PMO to drive execution discipline across our AI transformation portfolio spanning private equity portfolio companies. You''''ll own program hygiene, reporting cadences, and delivery structure for multiple concurrent AI engagements working directly with US-based transformation leads and client stakeholders. This is a high-ownership, client-facing role in an output-driven culture.

What You''''ll Do

Drive end-to-end PMO for concurrent AI delivery engagements (data science, ML, GenAI, agentic workflows) across portfolio companies

Own program hygiene: project plans, RAID logs, status reports, milestone tracking, burn-down/utilization views, and steering committee decks

Run weekly cadences with US-based delivery leads, client sponsors, and the India tech team (engineers, DS, ML)

Translate ambiguous client asks into structured workstreams, dependencies, and clear owners

Track scope, budget, and timeline against contracted deliverables flag risks early with mitigation options

Build and maintain a single source of truth for project health, resource allocation, and client-facing reporting

Coordinate hand-offs between solutioning, build, and deployment phases keep the "architect-in, delegate-out" model clean

Partner with the offshore tech leads to ensure AI deliverables meet engineering and quality bars

What You Bring

2–5 years of project management / PMO experience, ideally in consulting, KPO, or product/tech delivery

Working knowledge of AI/ML project lifecycles data pipelines, model dev, evaluation, deployment (you don''''t need to build, but you need to speak the language)

Demonstrated comfort running client-facing cadences with senior US stakeholders

Strong verbal/written communication status notes, exec summaries, client decks

Fluency in modern PM tooling (Jira, Asana, Notion, Confluence) and reporting/BI basics

Extended overlap with US ET/PT working hours is a requirement — we operate output-driven, but this role demands sustained real-time collaboration with US-based leads and clients

Bonus: PE/portco exposure, healthcare or financial services domain familiarity, hands-on with AI tooling (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) for personal productivity
