Reporting to: Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager

Role Description

The Project Manager supports IT based projects from inception to completion for our Retail & Restaurant customers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and standards our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will:

• Plan, manage, and deliver projects or Project workstreams assigned to you by Senior Project team.
• Utilise effective project governance, processes and systems throughout project life cycle.
• Coordinate internal teams, external suppliers/subcontractors, and customers
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Prepare reports and progress updates for senior management
• Resolve site issues and implement corrective measures

Skills & Experience

• 5-7Years Proven experience as a Project Manager in an IT or related industry for 5 + years
• Strong leadership, planning, and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects & change in a fast-paced industry

Qualifications

• Educated to Degree or HND/HNC level in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
• Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent)
• Bachelors Degree is Must
