🚀 We Are Hiring – Project Manager | Project Management Office (PMO)

We are looking for experienced Project Managers to join our Project Management Office (PMO) Team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong IT infrastructure project experience, banking domain exposure, and leadership capabilities in 24x7 managed services environments.

🔹 Educational Qualification

Candidates should be Science / Commerce Graduates, preferably with one of the following:

✔ Engineering Graduate (BE / B.Tech – Computer Science & Engineering or equivalent)

✔ MBA / MCA / PGDCM / PGDGM or higher qualification

🔹 Mandatory Experience & Knowledge

✔ Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager

✔ Strong experience handling customer-facing and multi-vendor environments

✔ Proven experience managing IT Infrastructure Managed Services, including:

• Servers & Storage
• Databases
• Network Infrastructure
• Backup & Restore
• Application Support & Operations

✔ Must have managed implementation & operations engagements for at least one Scheduled Commercial Bank in India with 3000+ branches within the last 3 years

✔ Experience working in a 24x7 operations / support model

✔ Experience managing Finacle L2 Support Teams, including:

• Incident & ticket management
• SLA adherence
• Ticket closure & resolution coordination

🔹 Required Competencies

✔ Excellent oral & written communication skills

✔ Strong problem determination & resolution skills

✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively

✔ Strong stakeholder & vendor management abilities

🔹 Mandatory Certifications (Minimum One Required)

✔ ITIL 4 Certified

✔ PMP Certified

✔ PRINCE2 Certified
