Hiring: Project Manager - Abu Dhabi Facility

Location:Kizad, Abu Dhabi, UAE

Salary:AED up to 12,000 per month (a bit negotiable on quality exp.)

A leadingindustrial and infrastructure manufacturing groupwith a strong global presence in engineering, oil & gas, and large-scale fabrication sectors. The company is expanding itsindustrial facilities in Kizad, Abu Dhabi,and is seeking an experiencedProject Manager (Civil)to oversee project execution, site coordination, and contractor management for construction and plant-related works.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and managecivil construction and site developmentworks for industrial/manufacturing facilities.

Plan, schedule, and execute projects withinbudget, time, and quality parameters.

Coordinate withcontractors, consultants, and internal engineering teamsto ensure seamless execution.

Handlegovernment and regulatory approvals, permits, and documentation as per UAE standards.

Monitor project progress, safety, and quality; identify and mitigate potential risks.

Prepare progress reports, BOQs, budgets, and forecasts for management review.

Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineeringor a related discipline (PMP certification is an advantage).

8-12 years of UAE experiencein project management, preferably withinindustrial, manufacturing, or infrastructure construction.

Proven track record incontractor coordination, cost control, and project delivery.

Strong communication and leadership skills; fluent inHindi and English.

In-depth knowledge ofUAE authority approval processes(Municipality, Civil Defense, etc.).
