We are seeking an ambitious and passionate Branch Manager to lead our premium Skin & Hair Clinic . What You’ll Do

Lead and inspire the branch team to achieve service excellence and business goals.

Deliver expert consultations for various skin and hair conditions, recommending and customising treatment plans.

Manage end-to-end branch operations — from client satisfaction to revenue growth.

Oversee And Guide Treatments Such As

Hair Loss Control & Hair Growth (Laser, PRP, Mesotherapy, Derma Roller)

Advanced Skin Care (Peels, Pigmentation, Wart/Tag Removal, PRP, Q-switched Laser, CIT)

Laser Hair Reduction

Hair Transplant and Hair Replacement Consultations

Ensure timely client follow-ups and track treatment progress for consistent, visible results.

Convert consultations into confirmed procedures and contribute directly to business success.

Train, motivate, and mentor staff to maintain top-tier professionalism and service quality.

Monitor branch performance, analyse sales reports, and drive initiatives to meet or exceed targets.

Guarantee adherence to clinical, operational, and safety protocols.

Who You Are

Confident communicator with excellent English fluency and interpersonal skills.

A natural leader — energetic, self-motivated, and goal-driven.

Experienced In Aesthetic Treatments (Skin, Hair & Laser Preferred).

Skilled in consultation-based sales, team management, and client relationship building.

Analytical and proactive in reviewing branch performance and driving continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

Minimum 5 years of experience managing a skin, hair, or aesthetic healthcare clinic.

Proven success in client consultations and business growth at the clinic level.

What We Offer

Salary: ₹4.00 LPA – ₹6.00 LPA (based on experience)

Working Details

Working Days: 6 days a week
