Where You’ll Make a Difference

Reduce STP query response time to under 4 hours by driving process improvements in partnership with delivery and continuous improvement teams.
Develop ServiceNow playbooks and automations that enable STP services to be completed faster and with greater accuracy.
Design and implement STP processes using RPA and GenAI to achieve a 20% automation target.
Lead global STP process optimization and automation initiatives across regions.
Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations teams to address complex business challenges.
Integrate and enhance systems such as SAP S/4HANA, UiPath, Zycus, Moveworks, Concur, and ServiceNow to improve end‑to‑end performance.
Track KPIs and use data‑driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
Support transformation projects across global GBS centers in India, Mexico, Hungary, Spain, and China.

What Makes You The Right Fit

Data‑driven problem solver with the ability to break complex issues into actionable priorities.
Effective influencer who guides teams toward high‑impact outcomes.
Over 7 years of experience in Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) or GBS transformation roles.
Experienced in process design, automation (RPA, AI/ML), and SAP S/4HANA.
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Lean Six Sigma or equivalent certification is considered an advantage.
