Job Description
We are setting up a new regulatory and trade compliance consulting firm and need an executive assistant to keep operations running smoothly from day one.
What you'll do:
→ Maintain and update project tracker and lead tracker in Excel. Circulate updates to stakeholders daily/weekly.
→ Coordinate with our CA for invoicing, payment follow-ups, and maintenance of books.
→ Schedule and coordinate appointments with Government offices, clients, and partners. Handle related communication.
→ Ensure all records, trackers, and files are accurate, complete, and up to date at all times.
→ Support general office coordination — correspondence, filing, follow-ups, meeting notes.
What we need:
→ Discipline and grit. This is a startup environment. Things move fast. Nothing should fall through the cracks.
→ Strong Excel skills — you will live in spreadsheets. Sorting, filtering, basic formulas, clean data entry.
→ Clear written and spoken communication in English and Hindi.
→ Ability to speak professionally with Government officers, CA firms, and senior clients.
→ Someone who takes ownership — if a tracker is not updated, it bothers you before anyone tells you.
