Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Project Manager based in New Delhi. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project execution, including planning, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring project milestones. Daily responsibilities include managing project logistics, expediting materials and equipment, conducting inspections, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes for projects across various industries.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning & Execution:Lead end-to-end project management for electrical works, including planning, scheduling, execution, and monitoring.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects as per contract requirements, safety norms, and quality standards.
  • Site Execution & Supervision:Oversee day-to-day site operations and coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
  • Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure adherence to technical specifications.
  • Manpower Management:Allocate and manage workforce efficiently across multiple projects.
  • Supervise and mentor site teams, ensuring optimum productivity and skill utilization.
  • Material & Resource Management:Plan, forecast, and procure required materials and equipment.
  • Ensure timely availability of materials at site while minimizing wastage and cost overruns.
  • Tendering & Bidding:Review tender documents, prepare technical and commercial bids, and participate in client negotiations.
  • Work with procurement and estimation teams to ensure competitive and profitable bidding.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:Act as the single point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance:Ensure compliance with statutory, contractual, and company requirements.
  • Implement quality control procedures and safety protocols at all project stages.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in electrical project management, preferably in large-scale industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, drawings, and standards.
  • Proven expertise in site execution, manpower management, material handling, and tender bidding.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, and ERP software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
