Lead project teams and manage activities associated with projects offshore and onshore, (Planning, monitoring & executing the projects successfully)
Should have at least 8+ years of Project Manager experience (preferably from ERP) in implementation and Support projects
Timely escalations of any risks identified schedule and effort deviation, status updates to necessary stakeholders on project status
Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process - prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of teams
As a Project Manager, you will drive the overall project delivery to a successful conclusion requiring strong project management skills coupled with a good technical background (not mandatory). Success will be measured by on-time, error-free delivery, with high satisfaction from customers or business teams
Should have good experience in project planning, effort estimations, team handling, change management, risk assessment, customer/vendor (contractors) management, monitoring and execution, status reporting, etc
Should have knowledge and experience in maintaining the Artifacts that are important to a project management
Should be well versed in Project Management Metrics and Documentations
Work experience on onshore/offshore delivery model preferred
Handling multiple projects at a given point of time will be an added advantage
PMP / Prince2 / CSM certification will be an added advantage
