Required Skills And Experience

• 8+ years of IT/technology project management experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing ServiceNow development or implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum and hybrid delivery models.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, ServiceNow PPM/SPM and other collaboration platforms.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage non-technical audiences and senior leaders.
  
  
  

Preferred Certifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP or equivalent.
• ServiceNow CSA, Implementation Specialist or related certifications.
• Agile/Scrum certifications such as CSM.
• ITIL 4 Foundation.
