Project Manager – Civil

Location: Kochi, Kerala (Preferred)

Pay: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures.
• Prepare detailed project schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle all contractual correspondence and ensure adherence to terms and conditions.
• Track project milestones and prepare detailed progress reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure quality and timely execution.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Proactively manage project timelines and mitigate delays.
• Notify stakeholders formally of any project delays, following contract clauses.
• Prepare and manage claims related to changes, delays, or disputes.
• Control project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
• Ensure timely billing and receivables collection.
• Optimize use of manpower, materials, and equipment for maximum productivity.

Desired Profile

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in construction project management
• Language: Proficiency in Malayalam and English is required
• Location: Preference for candidates based in or willing to relocate to Kochi, Kerala
