Manager – Civil & Finishing

Sukoon Health is looking for an experienced Manager – Civil & Finishing to lead the execution of civil, interior fit-out, and finishing works for our healthcare facilities.

Experience: 12- 14 years

Location: Bangalore (travel to project sites as required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution of civil and interior fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure quality, safety, timelines, and budget adherence.
• Oversee premium finishing works including flooring, ceilings, joinery, and façade.
• Drive vendor management, site documentation, and project reporting.

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (NICMAR/Project Management qualification preferred).
• Experience in luxury real estate, hospitality, healthcare, or commercial projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and project execution.
