Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, encompassing various domains such as People Services , HR , Finance and supply chain.
Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
Partner with workstream leads to define and track project milestones, dependencies, critical paths, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with all project stakeholders, including senior leadership, CoE's business units, and vendors.
Conduct regular project status review meetings, prepare detailed reports, and provide updates on project progress, risks, etc
Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial control.
Implement the REPM framework for all projects
Drive CORE and continuous improvement initiatives within the project management framework
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and data privacy standards throughout project delivery.
Conduct after action reviews and lessons learned sessions to capture insights and apply them to future projects.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree. PMP certification is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of work experience with at least 5 years in a GBS or shared services organization.
Experience in successfully delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and within budget.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
