Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage architecture and interior design projects from concept through execution. This role involves client management, team coordination, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client & Project Management

• Handle end-to-end client communication from brief sign-off to final project handover
• Understand client requirements and ensure project goals are achieved
• Manage expectations and maintain strong client relationships

2. Team & Workflow Management

• Oversee day-to-day management of junior team members
• Allocate work, track timelines, and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
• Maintain project coordination across internal teams

3. Vendor & Site Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors during project execution
• Monitor site progress and ensure alignment with design intent and timelines

4. Project Documentation & Tracking

• Manage project documentation including briefs, MoMs, change logs, and fee tracking
• Maintain the studio’s project tracker and monitor project progress
• Lead the weekly internal project review / pulse meetings
