About The Role

As a Project Manager, you will be at the heart of our engineering endeavors, owning client accounts, strategizing project workflows, and ensuring smooth execution from inception to completion. Your leadership will directly influence the quality, efficiency, and profitability of our projects, making a tangible difference in healthcare, pharmaceutical, and commercial sectors. This is more than project management — it’s about building trusted partnerships and delivering excellence every step of the way.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience managing engineering or multidisciplinary projects
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to develop and manage detailed project plans
• Proficiency with project management software, particularly Monday.com and Teams
• Ability to translate external communication into actionable tasks
• Skilled in coordinating with discipline leads and managing internal QA/QC processes
• Adept at scheduling, prioritizing, and maintaining project momentum
  
  

Nice To Have Skills & Experience

• Background in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or complex commercial facilities
• Experience with BIM coordination and construction administration
• Familiarity with Bluebeam review sessions and construction phase workflows
• Knowledge of equipment load calculations and engineering data management
• Previous client relationship management or business development experience
  
  

Preferred Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
• Several years of proven project management experience in engineering or design environments
• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams and managing large-scale projects in specialized sectors is highly desirable
  
  

Additional Requirements

• Ability to travel as needed for client meetings or project site visits
• Certifications such as PMP, LEED, or relevant engineering licenses are a plus
