Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution

Lead end-to-end project management for interior and fit-out works
Develop project plans including scope, schedule, milestones, resources, and risk mitigation
Conduct feasibility assessments and coordinate approvals
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Budget Management and Cost Control

Quality Assurance and Compliance

Establish and enforce quality control processes
Conduct regular site inspections and audits
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and statutory requirements

Vendor and Supplier Management

Source and negotiate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers
Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of materials and services

Team Leadership and Stakeholder Communication

Lead cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, and site staff
Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders (clients, consultants, leadership)
Maintain project documentation (plans, schedules, budgets, reports)
Provide regular updates to senior management

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in interior turnkey, fit-out, modular furniture, or commercial interiors
Experience in hotel turnkey projects and site coordination
Strong background in cost estimation, billing, and budget management
