Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from initiation to successful delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients. The role requires excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects with internal teams and clients, ensuring clarity on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth project execution and timely delivery.
• Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the development and operations teams.
• Track project progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful execution.
• Manage client communication and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve project gaps, blockers, and escalations.
• Conduct regular review meetings and share project status updates and documentation.
• Ensure quality standards and client expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support cross-functional collaboration, task prioritization, and process improvements.
• Monitor resource allocation and overall project performance.
