Project Management Apprenticeship - MEP Engineering

We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented graduates to join our team as Project Management Apprentice. In this role, you will work closely with the Project Manager and gain hands-on exposure to on-site execution, planning, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Project Lead/Manager to oversee and supervise MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) activities on-site.
• Monitor daily site progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely reporting of work execution.
• Plan and coordinate site activities, considering all interdependencies to meet strict project timelines.
• Assist in quantity measurement of executed work and perform quantity take-offs based on design drawings and specifications.
• Support the Project Manager in preparing key project documents, including weekly progress reports, look-ahead schedules, vendor invoice trackers, and joint measurement sheets.
• Contribute to the effective use of technology platforms such as Procore and 360-degree camera systems for enhanced project monitoring and reporting.

Required Skills and competencies

• Strong understanding of civil engineering fundamentals
• Basic knowledge of construction drawings and site execution
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and willingness to learn new tools
• Strong communication and coordination abilities

Location: Gurgaon

Tenure: 12 Months

Stipend: 15000 per month

Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering

Experience: Fresher
