Evalueserve is looking to hire someone with experience in credit review/appraisal, credit rating, report writing, capital structure, EBITDA, leverage ratio & financial statement analysis for Infrastructure and Project Finance (3-10 yrs’ experience)

Candidates preferred with notice period- 0-30 days!

Roles & Responsibilities

Annual Credit Review Execution: Project Finance

• Prepare Annual Review (AR) credit memos for project finance exposures
• Perform detailed analysis of project structures, including SPVs, cash flow waterfalls, and covenants
• Assess creditworthiness of borrowers, sponsors, and underlying projects
• Exposure to sectors like Infrastructure, Power, Renewables, Transport

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's/ Master’s degree with a major in finance, economics, accounting or from a reputed institute with 3-10 years’ experience in similar profile

• Strong Accounting and financial skills

• Understanding and experience of credit review or underwriting role is desirable
