Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Web Project Coordinator to assist in planning, implementing, and managing new web projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely execution and quality delivery across Shopify and WordPress websites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the project management team to define project scope and deliverables
• Assist in the management and maintenance of website projects, ensuring content is up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly
• Manage project schedules and timelines for Shopify and WordPress websites
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement basic SEO strategies such as keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content enhancements to improve organic search rankings
• Ensure high-quality content with quick and effective turnaround on website changes
• Consistently monitor websites to ensure alignment with brand strategy and guidelines
• Utilise web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to gather and analyse data on website performance
• Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure project objectives and quality standards are met

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, IT, or a related field
• Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience in website management, digital operations, or project coordination
• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with Shopify and WordPress platforms
• Knowledge of basic SEO practices
• Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
• Core Skills:
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
