Project Engineer – Integrated Security systems & Communication systems- HVDC

The Opportunity

The Integrated Security systems and Communication systems Engineer shall Analyse customer specification to ensure Hitachi Energy solution meets the customer requirements.

How You'll Make An Impact

• You will analyse customer specification to ensure Hitachi - Power Grids solution to meets the requirements.
• You will be responsible for preparing technical specification documents, conceptual designs, detailed design development.
• You will be responsible for Producing, reviewing and coordinating technical information required with internal stakeholders, suppliers & customer.
• You will be able to review of technical documents & drawings from vendors and sub supplier, be able to Validate design confirmation to applicable regulations and technical specification.
• You will perform Technical evaluation of price bids for procurement, perform Planning and follow-up project activities & site activities.
• You will be consulting & advising project/ site team on the best practices & solutions in accordance with standard processes, regulation, procedures and safety guidelines.
• You will be technically coordinate with Civil, MEP, Electrical and Mechanical department.
• You will coordinate with Project/Tender Team efficiently Identify the risk and opportunities effectively.
• You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

• You hold a bachelor/master’s degree in mechanical /electrical/ electronic engineering with a minimum work experience of 5+ years in any one or combination of the below.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in field of telecommunication. Experience in design of Access control system, CCTV, Intruder detection system, public address system, Telecommunication system and Video conference systems.
• Need to have a good knowledge of international regulations and standards.
• You must have knowledge & skills in Microsoft office (Word and Excel).
• Knowledge in Civil/Architectural aspects is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
