We are looking for a Project Delivery Manager who can be a liaison between our customers and our talented R&D department.

As a Cognyter you will

Build, manage, and track the execution of multiple projects, covering both product‑generic developments and customer‑tailored solutions.
Develop and drive strategies from project ramp‑up through preparation, ensuring successful GA delivery, acceptance testing, and go‑live.
Lead product development and execution within R&D—from requirement definition and planning through to successful delivery at customer sites.
Collaborate extensively in a strong matrix environment, working closely with R&D, Product Management, System Architecture, QA, Project Management, DevOps, and other internal stakeholders.
Bring experienced technical leadership, demonstrating independence, self‑learning, and the ability to manage and guide teams effectively.
Own the complete software delivery lifecycle, ensuring on‑time delivery that aligns with business needs and meets quality success criteria.

Requirements:

For that mission you’ll need to have:

3+ years of managerial experience in software development as group leader, project manager, delivery manager or service manager
Practical R&D experience of at least 3 years in complex development projects
Significant experience in matrix environment / matrix management
Experience in managing complex integrations and versions
Strong planning, risk management, and problem -solving abilities
Experience with Agile methodology and proficiency with Jira tool.
Excellent interpersonal abilities
Bachelor or engineering degree in computer science or related fields
Ability to understand wide perspective system view, including high and low level technical architecture
Ability to facilitate, debate and drive decisions on appropriate solutions
Ability to lead cross departments processes, ability to lead implementation of new processes
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders
Experience with managing large scale development projects above 30MY value
