Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator/Junior Project Manager
Location: Blue Ash, OH
Duration: 6 Months Contract to Hire

Preference for candidates that are available to be in Cincy office post Covid restrictions, although remote would be considered for the right candidate

POSITION SUMMARY

Lead sub-components/enhancements of larger projects under the direction of a more experienced Project Manager/Program Manager. Lead various systemenhancement projects to ensure quality products are delivered on time and within budget. Drive adherence to PPMO quality standards. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Any prior project team experience
Any experience in problem solving and strong organizational skills
Any experience in team motivation and delegation
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers and to all levels within the organization
Proven track record of delivering objectives on time and within budget

DESIRED PREVIOUS JOB EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

PMP or CAPM Certification or willingness to obtain, Six Sigma Certification
Proven track record of delivering objectives on time and within budget
Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Key Responsibilities

Assemble enhancement project teams, assign individual responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedules
Establish and update project plans and budgets with actual and forecasts and, with assistance from a more experienced project manager, managedeviations from plan and project parameters
Conduct project meetings, project tracking and analysis
Ensure all project objectives are clearly documented, and delivered to meet customer needs
Manage the integration of vendor tasks; track and review vendor deliverables
Communicate timely project status to all stakeholders
Manage project risk, develop mitigation plans, and escalate decisions and unresolved issues
