Job Description
- Maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
- Follow up on action items; update status trackers in Azure DevOps/Jira. o
- Prepare MoMs, weekly status reports, dashboards in Excel/PowerPoint/Power BI.
- Ensure adherence to PMO templates, SOPs, change control, and compliance standards. o Coordinate meetings, demos, and UAT cycles with business, QA, and dev teams.
- Assist in tracking project activities related to compliance (e.g., SEBI circular implementation), audit findings, release readiness, and operational changes.
- Suggest process improvements to streamline PMO reporting and cadence.
Work Location :Kochi
Work Mode : 5 Days work from Office
Experience : 1–4 years (internship or 6–12 months in PMO/coordination preferred).
