Flynaut is looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Business Analyst with experience in delivering Web, Mobile, and AI-based projects.

This role requires strong coordination skills, business understanding, and the ability to translate client requirements into actionable tasks for technical teams. You will work closely with stakeholders, designers, developers, and AI teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of Web, Mobile, and AI projects from requirement gathering to deployment
• Work closely with clients to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements
• Create detailed requirement documents, user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and AI/ML teams to ensure clarity of requirements
• Use JIRA (or similar tools) to manage backlogs, track progress, and support sprint planning
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams
• Identify risks, manage change requests, and ensure smooth communication across teams
• Assist in testing, validation, and ensuring deliverables meet business expectations
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and governance standards

• Experience as a Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, or similar role in IT services
• Strong understanding of Web and Mobile application development lifecycle
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and project workflows
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Trello, or similar project management tools
• Ability to write clear Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specs, and User Stories
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies

• Experience working on AI-driven products (Chatbots, Recommendation Systems, Automation tools, etc.)
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms
• Experience with wireframing tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Agile/Scrum (CSM, PMI-ACP)
• Prior experience in a digital agency or product development company
