We are hiring on behalf of a confidential, well-established organization in the industrial and infrastructure sector. This role is designed for individuals seeking a clear path into Project Management while gaining hands-on experience on complex, real-world projects.
You will work closely with experienced Project Managers and field teams to support the execution of industrial and infrastructure projects. This is a high-impact role with early responsibility and direct exposure to project operations.
Role Summary
This position goes beyond administrative coordination. You will be actively involved in planning, execution, financial tracking, and on-site coordination. The role provides a balanced exposure to both field and office environments, enabling you to understand how projects are delivered end-to-end.
Strong performers can expect to transition into full Project Manager responsibilities within 12–24 months.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Project Managers in planning and executing industrial and infrastructure projects
* Assist with bid reviews, proposals, and pre-construction activities
* Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and resource plans
* Track project costs, budgets, and financial performance
* Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
* Participate in client communication and project updates
* Conduct site visits and support field operations as required
* Assist with billing, invoicing, and receivables tracking
* Contribute to post-project reviews and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
* 1–5 years of experience in construction, engineering, industrial services, or project coordination
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Basic understanding of budgeting, cost tracking, or forecasting
* Ability to communicate effectively with both field teams and clients
* Willingness to work on-site as required
* Familiarity with project management tools and scheduling systems
