Delivery Manager – IT Infrastructure

Location: Mysore (Onsite)

Shift: 4:30 PM – 2:30 AM (US Shift)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with 7–10 years in IT Infrastructure Management to lead service delivery, operations, and project execution. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and adherence to ITIL processes to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of infrastructure services (cloud, data centers, networks, end-user computing) in line with defined SLAs
• Manage end-to-end project and program delivery
• Oversee daily operations, conduct regular reviews, and prevent escalations
• Engage with stakeholders to align IT services with business requirements
• Drive ITIL-based service management processes and continuous improvement
• Provide periodic updates and reports to leadership

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership or project management role
• Experience with leading IT infrastructure services organizations
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Preferred Certifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• ITIL Foundation/Expert
• Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
