About The Role & Team
As CPD-Project Coordinator, you will be reporting to the PMO Director and will be a part of the Sita for Aircraft team, responsible for coordinating and optimizing project workflows to establish airline applications and connectivity as per agreed scope, costs and timelines in coordination with internal stakeholders.

About The Role & Team
As CPD-Project Coordinator, you will be reporting to the PMO Director and will be a part of the Sita for Aircraft team, responsible for coordinating and optimizing project workflows to establish airline applications and connectivity as per agreed scope, costs and timelines in coordination with internal stakeholders.
What You Will Do
- Own and drive end-to-end coordination across cross functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and quality.
- Understand customer requirements, pain points, and expectations; translate them into clear deliverables for teams.
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide clear project status updates. Optimize workflows and communication channels to enhance efficiency for all stakeholders.
- Ensure on-time delivery by driving follow-ups, resolving blockers, and supporting teams to meet commitments.
- Proactively addressing any deviations and mitigating issues to maintain alignment with project objectives.
- Maintain documentation and reporting to provide visibility into project status and key deliverables using Power BI dashboards.
- Act as a primary coordination point to ensure customer expectations are managed effectively and transparently across technical and business stakeholders.
- Quickly adapt to new products and understand key delivery requirements leading to efficient delivery.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills who translates technical aspects into actionable insights for diverse teams.
- Proven experience in coordinating complex projects, preferably in aviation or network-related domains.
- Strong understanding of project management fundamentals & proficiency in using project tracking tools such as Jira, MS Project, SNOW or similar software.
- Ability to identify project risks and create mitigation plans to prevent delays or disruptions.
- Proactive, organized, problem-solving ability and detail-oriented mindset
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive strategic decision-making.
- Basic understanding of LAN/WAN connection and message protocols such as sftp, MQ, SAML.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and MS PowerPoint.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, or a related field.
