Role Overview:

The Project Architect will be responsible for design execution at site, ensuring that all architectural aspects of the project are implemented as per approved designs, drawings, and quality standards. The role requires continuous on-site involvement to supervise execution and maintain design integrity in luxury developments.

Key Responsibilities

Site-Based Design Execution
Ensure implementation of architectural drawings and design intent at site.
Supervise on-site construction activities related to architecture.
Resolve site execution issues while maintaining design standards.
Coordination & Site Supervision
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site engineers.
Ensure smooth execution across architectural, structural, and MEP teams.
Monitor execution progress and compliance with approved drawings.
Quality & Finishing Control
Ensure execution quality aligns with luxury project standards.
Supervise finishing details and premium material application.
Drawing & Technical Coordination
Review and implement architectural drawings and revisions at site.
Provide technical clarifications to contractors and site teams.
Progress & Timeline Monitoring
Track execution progress and support timely completion.
Identify risks and execution gaps and propose solutions.

Job Expectations

Strong knowledge of construction methods and architectural detailing.
Experience in handling on-site coordination and execution teams.
