Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Magazine Sales Manager based in Faridabad. The primary responsibility of the Sales Manager is to drive revenue growth through strategic planning, client acquisition, and successful subscription sales for the company's B2B magazines. The role involves building and nurturing strong relationships with corporate clients, creating and implementing sales strategies, tracking sales performance, meeting targets, and identifying opportunities for market expansion to enhance overall business performance.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales and managing key corporate accounts
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in sales planning, strategy development, and business development
  • Proficiency in client relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify potential leads, and convert them into profitable partnerships
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in sales reporting and CRM tools
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing a dynamic sales environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Previous experience in B2B media sales, advertising, or publications is preferred
