Job Description

Job Title: CRM Executive

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Salary Offered: Upto Rs.30,000/- to 35,000/- per month.

Description

  • Manage and maintain client data using the Datamine Database, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Handle inbound and outbound client calls to address queries, provide updates, and strengthen client relationships.
  • Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely resolution of client requests.
  • Track and report client interactions and feedback, escalating issues or insights to the relevant department.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and ensure they have a seamless experience.
  • Follow up with clients on pending documents, service delivery, or queries.
  • Identify potential upselling/cross-selling opportunities and share leads with the sales team.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields).
  • Experience: 1–3 years in a CRM, client servicing, or coordination role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Proficiency in CRM tools
  • Soft Skills: Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of financial markets and regulatory frameworks.
