Role Purpose

• Drive disciplined execution across ATF’s strategic, operational, technical, and pilot workstreams by translating founder vision into tracked milestones, accountable actions, and timely closure.
• ATF is building an integrated tyre lifecycle platform covering inspection, repair hubs, tyre traceability, digital monitoring, retreading, and later manufacturing and recycling.
• The role exists to ensure the company does not remain in research mode and instead progresses through structured execution, pilot readiness, operational setup, and scalable launch discipline. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain the company master execution plan for 6, 12, and 24-month milestones.
• Break strategic goals into workstreams, owners, deadlines, dependencies, and review cadence.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with CEO, research, procurement, technical, software, finance, consultants, and vendors.
• Run weekly execution reviews, maintain action trackers, decision logs, and risk registers.
• Track critical initiatives including pilot rollout, repair hub setup, vendor evaluation, software/chip development, land/facility planning, and DPR inputs.
• Escalate bottlenecks early and push closure through structured follow-up.
• Support CEO in presentations, partner meetings, implementation planning, and investor/government preparation.
• Help establish governance systems including reporting formats, review templates, and accountability standards. Key Expectations from the Role.

• Create visibility on what is on-track, delayed, blocked, and ownerless at any point in time.

• Bachelor’s degree required; engineering, operations, management, or related background preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in project execution, business operations, industrial setup, manufacturing projects, automotive operations, or startup execution.
• Experience handling multiple workstreams and coordinating across internal and external stakeholders.
• Exposure to manufacturing, automotive, industrial services, logistics, or field-driven business models preferred. Success Indicators – First 6 to 12 Months
• Master execution plan created and actively used.
• Weekly review system running with strong closure discipline.
• Critical workstreams tracked without loss of visibility.
• Reduction in delays caused by follow-up gaps or dependency failures.
• Management receives decision-ready reporting and risk visibility.
