About the Role

Attron Automotive is looking for a Project Administrator – Documentation & Coordination to support internal project tracking, documentation, follow-ups, and cross-functional coordination.

Engineering knowledge is not mandatory for this role. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, good at documentation, disciplined with follow-ups, and comfortable coordinating with multiple teams to ensure work visibility and closure.

This role is suitable for someone who can bring structure to ongoing projects by maintaining trackers, preparing minutes of meetings, documenting action items, organizing records, and supporting management with clear project updates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain project trackers, task lists, action-item sheets, and project status reports.
  • Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meeting after internal and external discussions.
  • Follow up with team members for pending tasks, updates, approvals, and closures.
  • Coordinate between departments such as Sales, Projects, Engineering, Purchase, Production, Quality, and Management.
  • Organize and maintain project-related documents, SOPs, checklists, customer records, and internal review files.
  • Track timelines, open points, delays, and dependencies across ongoing projects.
  • Prepare summaries, review notes, and project progress updates for management.
  • Ensure that important decisions, commitments, and responsibilities are properly documented.
  • Support internal review meetings by preparing agenda, collecting updates, and recording closure points.
  • Help improve documentation discipline and project visibility across teams.
Required Skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good documentation and coordination ability.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with multiple teams and maintain clarity on pending tasks.
  • Comfortable using MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and basic project tracking tools.
  • Ability to prepare clear reports, MOMs, trackers, and summaries.
  • Organized, reliable, and proactive in taking updates.
  • Good ownership mindset and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Background
  • Prior experience in project coordination, administration, operations, documentation, executive assistance, or office coordination will be preferred.
  • Candidates from non-engineering backgrounds are welcome.
  • Engineering knowledge is not required, but willingness to understand basic project context will be helpful.
  • Experience in manufacturing, automotive, EV, electronics, or startup environments will be an added advantage.

What We Are Not Looking For
  • This is not a core engineering role.
  • This is not a technical project manager role.
  • Deep technical or product knowledge is not mandatory.
  • The main requirement is documentation, coordination, tracking, and follow-up discipline.
