Position: Project Accounting & Logistics Executive

Location: New Delhi

Experience Required: 4–7 Years


Schwihag India is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with strong expertise in project accounting, logistics coordination, import-export operations, and financial compliance within an international business environment.


The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in:

• International trade documentation and customs procedures

• Import-export coordination and logistics management

• EPCG schemes and GST compliance

• Project finance coordination and reporting

• Cross-functional collaboration in a professional MNC environment


Preferred Industry Experience:

Logistics | Infrastructure | Railways | Import-Export | Engineering MNCs


Educational Qualification

B.Com (Finance / Accounting) , MBA in Business Administration / Finance preferred


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project accounting activities including budgeting, invoicing, reconciliation, and financial tracking
  • Coordinate import and export logistics activities with freight forwarders, customs authorities, vendors, and internal teams
  • Prepare and verify import-export documentation including invoices, packing lists, BOE, shipping bills, LC documentation, and related compliance documents
  • Handle customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with Indian customs regulations and EPCG schemes
  • Ensure proper GST compliance, documentation, filing coordination, and tax-related accounting activities
  • Monitor project cash flow, financial reporting, and cost control activities
  • Coordinate with finance, procurement, warehouse, and project teams for smooth execution of projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, logistics costs, duties, taxes, and financial transactions
  • Support audits, statutory compliance, and internal reporting requirements
  • Liaise with international suppliers, logistics partners, and government agencies when required.
  • Maintain each project cash in and cash out.
  • Coordinate with the head quarter team for various logistics and financial requirements.


Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of import-export procedures and international logistics
  • Good understanding of EPCG schemes, customs regulations, GST, and trade compliance, and work with the service providers for all compliances required.
  • Experience in project finance and accounting processes
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and accounting software
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced professional environment
  • Experience in infrastructure, railway, engineering, or industrial projects will be an added advantage
  • Fluent in English is a must for the candidate.

  • Experience in a logistics organization or multinational company involved in international trade
  • Professional attitude with strong ownership and problem-solving capability
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
  • Experience in managing project accounting.
