The role requires a well- organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality. Your ability to meet deadlines and tackle challenges with a positive, can-do attitude will be crucial in maintaining the exceptional quality and service to our clients. Your day-to-day core responsibilities will include, but not limited to Exhibit expertise in programming complex online questionnaires, meticulously scripting surveys, managing overlays, and delivering reporting links that adhere to client specifications. Collaborate closely with team members to consistently deliver projects that surpass client expectations within designated timeframes. Participate in kick off calls and have constructive discussions with stakeholders (PM and DP teams) Senior Programmer Requirements: Our ideal Senior Survey Programmer will have a minimum 4+ years of experience on Forsta (Decipher) platform. Knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery, Python along with advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS Proven ability to effectively prioritize and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring prompt delivery. Good English language communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent interpersonal skills enabling effective engagement with team members within the organization. Demonstrate a high degree of integrity. Adaptability and focus in a dynamic, fast-paced, and rapidly growing business environment. Willingness to work extended hours to achieve project objectives, when need arises. Possesses exceptional attention to detail along with an analytical problem-solving mindset. Bachelor?s degree in computer science or a related field.
