📌 Position: Program Manager

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program governance, planning, execution, and delivery of AI-driven transformation initiatives.
• Manage multiple workstreams while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and Digital India initiatives.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and technical teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Drive resource planning, budget management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement throughout the program lifecycle.
• Conduct governance and review meetings with senior stakeholders, prepare progress reports, and proactively manage escalations.
• Develop and maintain program KPIs, dashboards, and executive-level status reports.

🔹 Required Skills & Expertise

• B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• MBA or M.Tech in Management, Information Systems, or equivalent is preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or SAFe certifications are highly desirable.

⭐ Preferred Experience

• 10–15 years of Program/Project Management experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing AI/ML, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Technology programs.
• 3–5 years in senior leadership roles managing cross-functional teams and strategic stakeholders.
• Prior experience delivering Government, PSU, or large public-sector transformation programs is highly preferred.
