About the role

The Program Manager for Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) will take charge of leading high-impact identity, access management, and security initiatives. This role involves managing complex, cross-functional programs from inception through delivery by applying Agile and Scrum frameworks. You will coordinate multiple interrelated projects, workstreams, and dependencies while ensuring robust governance and risk mitigation. Additionally, you will serve as a key liaison to align diverse stakeholders and maintain strict compliance with internal controls.


Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end planning, execution, and delivery of IGA and security‑focused programs.
  • Manage multiple interrelated projects, workstreams, and dependencies.
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, roadmaps, and milestones.
  • Apply Agile and Scrum principles across program delivery.
  • Partner with Product Owners and delivery teams on backlog planning and sprint execution.
  • Track Agile delivery metrics and continuous improvement activities.
  • Use Jira for backlog management, sprint tracking, and delivery reporting.
  • Use Confluence for program documentation and governance artifacts.
  • Prepare executive‑level status reports, dashboards, and risk summaries.
  • Act as primary liaison for security, engineering, compliance, and business stakeholders.
  • Drive consistent communication, expectation management, and issue escalation.
  • Establish and maintain program governance structures.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate risks and dependencies.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage program budgets and forecasts.
  • Coordinate staffing and capacity planning.
  • Oversee vendor and contract resources.


Must have skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience managing security, identity and access management, or large‑scale transformation programs.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum delivery frameworks.
  • Hands‑on experience using Jira and Confluence.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


Nice to have skills

  • Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.


Conditions

  • Remote role (India - Pune or Chennai only) - 6 hours of overlap with US hours is needed.
  • Contractor role (12-month contract, renewable).
  • Full‑time dedication (40 hours/week).
  • BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) is required.
