Program Manager

You will play a dual role – acting as Scrum Master for key product Line of businesses and Program Manager across strategic initiatives. You’ll be responsible for orchestrating sprint cycles, aligning multiple teams, managing dependencies, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of product features and technology solutions across Payments and other business lines.

Qualifications and Experience

• MBA and equivalent
• 8–12 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 4 years in an Agile Scrum Master and/or Program Manager role.
• PMP, CSM/PSM, or SAFe certifications are a plus.

Scrum Master Responsibilities:

• Coach, mentor, and guide agile teams (developers, designers, PMs) to follow Agile/Scrum principles.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track team velocity, monitor sprint progress, and remove blockers to maintain delivery momentum.
• Promote continuous improvement by identifying and resolving inefficiencies in the development process.
• Program Management Responsibilities:
• Own the end-to-end program management for complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Define program charters, create detailed plans, and manage delivery timelines and dependencies across multiple squads.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Leaders, QA, Business, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Manage risks and escalations proactively, ensuring mitigation plans are in place.
• Maintain visibility through dashboards Azure boards (Execution tools), and reports for leadership stakeholders.
• Drive quarterly planning cycles (PI Planning) and support roadmap visibility and execution.
