Who We Are

The Role

As a Program Manager at ReVx Energy, you will own the end-to-end delivery of product development programs across our BMS, ITMS, VTS, and EMS portfolio. You will drive cross-functional coordination between firmware, hardware, systems, and quality teams to ensure on-time, on-quality delivery of automotive-grade products for OEM customers. You will manage program timelines, milestones, risks, and customer deliverables while ensuring adherence to automotive development processes.

What You Will Do

  • Own end-to-end program management for product development projects across BMS, ITMS, VTS, and EMS product lines.
  • Define and manage program plans, milestones, timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables using structured project management methodologies.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination between firmware, hardware, systems, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage OEM customer interfaces — requirements tracking, design reviews, milestone sign-offs, and change management.
  • Track and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and escalations proactively to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Establish and maintain program governance: gate reviews, status reporting, KPI dashboards, and lessons learned.
  • Support APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) processes, PPAP submissions, and customer audit readiness.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and manufacturing teams for prototype builds, DVP&R execution, and production readiness.
  • Drive continuous improvement in program execution processes, tools, and templates.
  • Ensure compliance with automotive development processes (ASPICE, ISO 26262, IATF 16949) throughout the program lifecycle.

What We Are Looking For

  • M.Tech/B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or MBA with a technical background.
  • 5+ years of program/project management experience in automotive electronics, EV, or embedded systems product development.
  • Strong understanding of embedded product development lifecycle — from concept through DVT to mass production.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams (hardware, firmware, systems, quality) in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with APQP, PPAP, DVP&R, and automotive quality processes.
  • Familiarity with automotive standards: ASPICE, ISO 26262, IATF 16949.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent).
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
  • Experience working directly with automotive OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers is preferred.
  • PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification is a plus.

Why Join ReVx Energy

  • Lead the delivery of cutting-edge automotive electronics products from concept to production.
  • Work directly with leading OEMs and fleet operators in the fast-growing EV and ESS space.
  • Be part of a high-impact, cross-functional team building products that power real vehicles and energy systems.
  • Competitive compensation with stock options and meaningful impact on sustainable energy.
