Job Description

Responsibilities

    • Design and oversee the development of work-integrated diploma programs that align with industry needs and the Adani Group’s strategic priorities.
    • Collaborate with industry partners, academic institutions, and internal stakeholders to ensure program relevance and quality.
    • Lead the end-to-end project management of program implementation, including curriculum development, faculty training, and student onboarding.
    • Develop and implement robust assessment frameworks to measure program outcomes and student performance.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing program data, gathering stakeholder feedback, and incorporating best practices.
    • Ensure alignment of programs with the UN SDGs, focusing on equal access to opportunities and enhancing life quality through education.
    • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to deliver high-quality programs within defined constraints.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including government bodies, NGOs, and corporate entities, to expand program reach and impact.
    • Provide strategic leadership to a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
    • Represent the Skills and Education business unit in forums, conferences, and stakeholder meetings to promote the work-study diploma programs.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience of 15-20 years in designing and managing work-integrated learning programs or similar educational initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering large-scale educational or training programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including academic institutions, industry partners, and government bodies.

Educational Background

  • Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in Project Management or Educational Leadership are preferred.

Years & Type Of Experience

  • 15-20 years of experience in education, training, or skill development sectors, with a focus on work-integrated learning programs.
  • Extensive experience in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects.
