About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Professor (Lecture Faculty) to join our B.Sc. College Preparation vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality academic content through engaging lectures, creating structured learning materials, and supporting students in building strong conceptual clarity in their respective subjects.This role requires strong subject expertise, excellent teaching ability, and the capability to explain complex concepts in a simple and effective manner for students preparing for B.Sc. level studies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lecture Delivery

• Deliver high-quality video lectures for B.Sc. College Preparation programs.
• Explain concepts clearly with strong focus on fundamentals and conceptual understanding.
• Maintain structured lesson planning aligned with the academic curriculum.

2. Content Development

• Develop and curate academic content, notes, assignments, and practice questions.
• Work with the academic team to design course modules and structured learning plans.
• Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and relevance for B.Sc. aspirants.

3. Doubt Resolution & Student Engagement

• Address student doubts during live or recorded sessions.
• Provide academic guidance and mentoring to help students improve their performance.
• Engage with students through interactive teaching methods.

4. Academic Collaboration

• Coordinate with the academic and content teams for course development and improvement.
• Contribute to curriculum enhancement and new course creation.
• Participate in academic meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

5. Quality & Performance Improvement

• Continuously improve lecture quality based on student feedback and performance data.
• Maintain high standards of teaching quality and academic delivery.

Educational Qualifications

B.Sc. and M.Sc. in the relevant subject from a recognized university.

Experience

• Minimum 1+ year of teaching experience in the relevant subject.
• Experience in online teaching, recorded lectures, or coaching institutes will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Strong subject expertise and conceptual clarity.
• Excellent teaching aptitude and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for students.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students during lectures.
• Good content structuring and academic writing skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience in online teaching platforms
• Prior experience in content creation or video lectures.
• Familiarity with digital learning tools and academic technology.
