Executive-Accounts & Administration
Looking for an Executive- Accounts & Administration to support accounting, office administration, documentation and coordination activities. The role involves assisting the accounts team, maintaining records, and coordinating with customers, vendors, banks and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Bank and Cash Transactions and maintain related records
- Prepare payment and receipt vouchers, customer invoices, supporting documents
- Verify and maintain vender invoice and supporting documents
- Track customer and vendor payments
- Maintain vendor and customer records and project related documents
- Liaise with Bank, Customers, Vendors, Architects and Legal Team
- Coordinate with Auditors for RERA documentation and other statutory compliances including TDS, GST and Labour laws
- Handle office correspondence and documentation
- Handle general office administration
Qualification: M Com/B Com/BBA
Experience: Above 5 years. Experience in real estate industry will be an added advantage
Skills: Good Communication skills in English, Malayalam and Hindi
Strong liaison and coordination abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel
Working knowledge of Tally Prime
Familiarity with AI tools and digital work environment
Location: Kovalam, Trivandrum
Remuneration: Commensurate with industry standards
