Production Supervisor

As remarkable as the diverse applications of our products is the opportunity for impressive and rewarding success we offer when you join us at our Evendale, Ohio facility as a Production Supervisor. This position is for rotating schedule.

A Short Summary of Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

The position will be responsible for leadership and execution on the plant floor, including safety, quality, production efficiency, employee performance management, operator / employee development, and continuous process improvement. Must be able to multi-task and thrive in a fluid environment. Experience in high performance work systems and LEAN manufacturing is a plus.

We’re Looking for A Self-Starter Who Meets the Following Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in manufacturing processes and a solid track record of manufacturing leadership.
• An Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in manufacturing technology or engineering is highly desirable.
• The incumbent will be working in all phases of the manufacturing process and must be available to work flexible hours including off shifts and weekends.
