Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experiance: 0-3 years of experiance in Produciton/Manufacturing.

PKL Limited is looking for a Production Supervisor / Junior Engineer – Production to oversee shop floor operations, ensure smooth production processes, maintain quality standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires coordination with production teams, maintenance, quality, and stores to achieve production targets efficiently.

• Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth shop floor operations.
• Plan and monitor production schedules to meet output targets.
• Ensure machines, manpower, and materials are utilized efficiently.
• Monitor adherence to production processes, safety procedures, and operational standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and stores departments to minimize downtime and ensure production continuity.
• Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
• Supervise operators and technicians and ensure discipline on the shop floor.
• Support implementation of company procedures and compliance requirements.
• Assist in training operators and improving shop floor skills.

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing and production processes
• Ability to supervise shop floor teams
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of production documentation and reporting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
