Your role

As a Production Quality Engineer you will be located at our factory in Jahjjar.

You will participate in development projects and qualification of new products and equipment in production. You will work cross-functionally where you are responsible for developing, preparing and defining quality processes, quality assurance and quality controls in production.

You will drive and participate in improvement projects in different production areas. In this role, you support and drive quality issues in various forums, which entails a responsibility to contribute to a continuous improvement culture where the customer is always at the center.

Examples of what we work with:

• Lead and coordinate quality and improvement work in production
• Plan, participate and follow up on equipment verification and qualification
• Investigate the root cause of deviations, define corrective action and follow-up
• Participate in quality audits (product and process)
• Lead and participate in various meeting forums around quality.
  
  
  

Some part of the introduction will be held in Sweden during fall 2026.

Your profile

As a Production Quality Engineer, we see a responsible problem solver who enjoys working in teams as well as independently. To succeed in the role, you should have good communication skills as the role requires being able to explain quality risks to others in a convincing way. We value a non-pretentious personality that is open to change and development. We will consider personal qualities to match our existing team on site.

To succeed in the role, we believe you have the following:

• University degree in engineering or equivalent experience in areas such as quality and mechanics.
• Two years of experience in quality management
• Good communication in English and Hindi, in both written and verbal
  
  
  

It is a merit if you have:

• Knowledge of quality systems and quality standards
• Experience working with areas such as Lean and Root Cause Analysis.
• Experience in leading and supporting people
  
  
  

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection.
