Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with 4–5 years of experience in building construction to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising construction activities, ensuring quality work, and coordinating with project teams at the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project managers for smooth project execution.
• Monitor construction progress, materials, and manpower on site.
• Ensure safety regulations and construction standards are followed.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Resolve technical issues that arise during construction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in building construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Willingness to work on-site (offline) and manage field activities.
