In this role you will be responsible to effectively manage all aspects of production planning and control of manufacturing activities, ensuring timely fulfilment of customer requirements. The role focuses on optimizing resources, balancing capacity constraints, and driving continuous improvement in planning processes to achieve efficiency and reliability in production performance.

Your job:

• Develop, manage, and optimize production plans and schedules in line with capacity and delivery requirements.
• Distribute production tasks to teams and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely execution.
• Reschedule and fine‑tune customer orders to address urgent changes and resolve material or capacity issues.
• Support production operations by analysing capacity constraints, adjusting plans, and ensuring timely resolution of bottlenecks.
• Monitor and control delivery performance against commitments, including technical capacity planning via LMPC.
• Drive continuous improvement in production planning and control while reducing production losses.
• Maintain continuous communication with Value Stream Leaders and cross‑functional teams to align production status with customer orders and material availability.
• Deliver training to subordinates on customer order management, production processes, and capacity planning to strengthen team skills.
• Achieve KPIs including delivery reliability, production lead time control, problem solving via PSP, and service level targets .

Your qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 1–3 years of experience in production order management.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications with strong technical and manufacturing knowledge, along with fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for effective collaboration within and across teams.
