Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive in Kolkata. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, managing communication to address client inquiries, and ensuring the timely delivery of relocation services. The Account Executive will also be responsible for negotiating contracts, preparing reports, and identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Collaboration with internal teams to support operational efficiency is also a key aspect of the role.

• Client Relationship Management and Communication skills
• Negotiation and Contract Management skills
• Analytical and Reporting skills to track business performance
• Strategic Thinking and Business Development skills to identify growth opportunities
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the logistics, relocation, or service industry is a plus
