This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Planning Coordinator, based in Dehradun, India. The Production Planning Coordinator will be responsible for developing and managing production schedules, analyzing inventory levels, and monitoring material flow to ensure efficient production. They will coordinate with internal teams, assess capacity planning, and optimize resources to meet production targets while adhering to company standards and timelines. Collaboration and communication with team members will be a key aspect of this role.

• Strong skills in Production Schedules and Production Planning to manage manufacturing timelines and workflows effectively.
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in Planning and resource allocation with a focus on meeting deadlines and targets.
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members, report progress, and resolve issues effectively.
• Additional qualifications such as familiarity with ERP systems, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field are desirable.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment will be considered an advantage.
